Spencer Turbine Scroll, Single Stage Pressure and Vortex Blowers

                       

Spencer single stage scroll blowers and RB pressure blowers provide dependable air or gas movement at a wide range of selected pressures and volumes. They offer stable performance from minimum rated flow without surge or pulsations and a maximum vibration tolerance of 1.5 mils total amplitude at the bearing housing. Power consumption is proportional to the volume output; system volume adjustments can be easily made by throttling with an optional inlet or outlet damper.

Vortex blowers are compact, continuous duty within certain pressure ranges and provide non-pulsating, oil-free airflow. There are no parts in contact and
therefore do not require routine maintenance. Standard models are equipped with UL Listed, CSA approved and CE compliant, 2-pole 60 Hz, TEFC motors. Their quiet operation, reliable performance and in-stock availability make Spencer Vortex the regenerative blower of choice for your air handling applications.

The Compact Plus blower packages have a unique component layout which minimizes space requirements. All maintenance and access points are located on the front while all process and utility connections are located on the back. This enables multiple packages to be installed side-by-side without the need for additional access clearance. Gas springs safely support the sound enclosure's hinged lid with wide-opening access doors provide access to v-belt tensioning device, tension indicator, motor connection terminal block and inlet filter. The oil level sight glass, drain and fill plug are easily visible and conveniently located.

Kaeser's Omega-paK rotary lobe blower packages are factory-designed and built for specific job and application requirements. These complete packages feature two & three-lobe Omega blowers on a sturdy frame with inlet and discharge silencers, automatic V-belt tensioner, and anti-vibration pads. Omega-paK packages will arrive at your site completely assembled and "ready to install." We can install the motor and drive of your choice in our facilities if this is a special application.
